Why does it need Screen Recording permission?
macOS only lets an app read pixels on screen with that permission. SupaGrab uses it for the region you drag over, recognises the text on your Mac with Apple's Vision framework, and keeps nothing on disk: no screenshots saved, no history, no uploads.
Isn't this what Live Text does?
Live Text works inside Photos, Preview and Safari on images those apps show. SupaGrab works on anything on screen, including video, remote desktops and apps that block selection, and adds editing before paste, paste straight into the previous app, link and phone chips, and QR and barcode reading.
How does the trial work?
Everything is unlocked for 7 days, no account needed. After that you get 10 captures a day until you enter a license key.
